Certain Cinereo® products are offered through a Reserve with Deposit system. This allows customers to secure a position in the production queue prior to manufacturing completion.
This policy explains how reservation deposits work and what customers can expect when reserving a product.
Reservation Deposits
A reservation deposit secures your place in the production queue for a Cinereo® product that is currently in development or early production.
For products offered through reservation, the required deposit amount will be displayed at the time of purchase.
For the C57 TV Console, the reservation deposit is currently 20% of the listed product price.
The remaining balance will be due prior to shipment.
Reservation deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of the product.
Production Timeline
Reservation products are typically offered before full production begins.
Estimated delivery timelines may be provided at the time of reservation. These timelines are estimates only.
Cinereo® will provide periodic updates as production progresses.
Product Refinement
During the period between reservation and final production, Cinereo® may make minor refinements to product design, materials, or specifications.
These refinements are part of the normal product development process and are intended to improve quality and performance.
Reservation Cancellation
Customers may cancel a reservation at any time before production of the reserved unit begins.
If a reservation is canceled before production begins, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once production of the reserved unit begins, reservation deposits become non-refundable.
Final Payment
When a reserved product is ready for shipment, Cinereo® will notify customers and request final payment of the remaining balance.
If final payment is not completed within the stated timeframe, Cinereo® may cancel the reservation and release the production unit for sale.
Production Minimums
In some cases, Cinereo® may require a minimum number of reservations before initiating production.
If production is canceled, reservation deposits will be fully refunded.
Founder’s Edition Products
Certain early production units may be designated as Founder’s Edition.
Founder’s Edition products may include personalized elements such as commemorative plaques or recognition of the original purchaser.
Delivery and Fulfillment
Reserved products will ship once final payment has been received and the product is ready for fulfillment.
Delivery methods may include freight carriers or specialized shipping depending on the product size and destination.
Changes to Reservation Policy
Cinereo® may update this Reservation Policy periodically.
