Welcome to Cinereo®. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cinereo LLC. Cinereo® operates this website and online store located at cinereolabs.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and Reservation Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to provide information such as your email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, materials, finishes, and appearance may vary depending on your display device.
Some product imagery may include renderings, prototypes, or early production samples. Final production units may vary slightly in materials, finishes, or specifications as part of normal manufacturing refinement.
All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Cinereo® reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Cinereo® reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, or order.
Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 3.1 — RESERVE WITH DEPOSIT ORDERS
Certain Cinereo® products may be offered through a Reserve with Deposit system prior to production.
When you place a Reserve with Deposit order, you are securing a position in the production queue for a product currently in development or manufacturing.
Reservation deposits are subject to the terms outlined in our Reservation Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
Customers will be notified when reserved products become available for final payment prior to shipment.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.
Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges unless explicitly stated.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- you are authorized to use the payment method provided
- the billing information is accurate and complete
- charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order including applicable taxes and shipping costs.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Cinereo® products are shipped through third-party freight carriers.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cinereo® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible damage promptly.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote regions, international shipments, or special delivery requirements.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included in the Services, including but not limited to product designs, trademarks, logos, images, text, graphics, video, and software, is the property of Cinereo LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Cinereo®, CineVox™, and related marks are trademarks of Cinereo LLC.
Products, technologies, and design elements may be protected by patents or patents pending.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Services without prior written permission.
SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may include tools, integrations, or links provided by third parties.
These third-party services are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their operation, content, or policies.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 — FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback to Cinereo®, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such feedback for any purpose.
We are under no obligation to maintain feedback in confidence, provide compensation, or respond to submissions.
SECTION 9 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability.
Cinereo® reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if inaccurate information is discovered.
SECTION 10 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services:

- to violate any laws or regulations
- to infringe upon intellectual property rights
- to transmit malicious code or harmful software
- to interfere with the operation or security of the Services

Cinereo® disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SECTION 12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinereo® and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
SECTION 13 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinereo LLC, its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 14 — TERMINATION
Cinereo® reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time without notice if these Terms are violated.
Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive termination of the agreement.
SECTION 15 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Cinereo® may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
